Jessica Wales
Certified Private Yoga Instructor

I grew up in a small town called Amherst, Wisconsin and was a three sport athlete all my life. Upon graduation, I attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received a degree in Journalism and Public Relations.

During my sophomore year of college, I unexpectedly slipped a disc in my back and lived in nearly constant pain for the next three years. Mentally burnt-out, spiritually numb and physically in pain, I had completely lost my sense of self. In 2022, I tried yoga for the first time on my living room floor and experienced a complete emotional catharsis. For the first time in years, I felt mental clarity, spiritual engagement and pain relief. From that day on, yoga remained at the center of my life. I have worked with hundreds of students from across the country and am wildly passionate about creating spaces that allow yoga to touch the lives of others because yoga is for everyone.
